Join Simon Thomas, artisan baker, cook and founder of Staff of Life Bakery in Kendal, to celebrate the versatility of wood-fired ovens. During the workshop, you will learn how to adapt conventional baking and cooking techniques for wood-fired ovens, baking a variety of doughs (including focaccia and sourdough) and cooking a number of traditional oven baked dishes. Everything produced during the workshop will form part of a shared meal for participants to enjoy together at the end of the session.
